In Win10 Device Manager, the webcam is properly listed in USB as connected under port 12, drivers working OK. OK under Windows 7, same computer, USB and webcam drivers installed for both. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Ive tried its own software and a number of generic webcam software, none can see the webcam under Windows 10. The webcam will still continue to appear under cameras instead of imaging devices in device manager. ![]() It will come with the updated and digitally-signed drivers for Windows 10 by Logitech. %hs is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Download and install Logitech Camera Settings from the official Logitech website. ![]() "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The device manager's property for it keeps giving an error message: I've had no issues running the Logitech HD Pro Webcam C910 on it up until today. My home computer currently runs on Windows 11.
